WTF are you listening to?

I need more bands with this energy

Behold the black stone idol
Jewel of the wilderness
That arose from the abyss
To ensare wild men
Through submission and death

The swordbearers swirl around you
As vultures to a cadaver
Kneeling from every corner of the Earth
To satisfy your hunger

Behold the black stone idol
Jewel of the wilderness
That arose from the abyss
To ensare wild men
Through submission and death

Oh fallen star
Encased in silver for all to see
The prophet once kissed your face
And surrendered all reality
Kaaba

We raise our hammers
Against the lord of the black house
And march forward to collect our reward

Hail the great fire
That chokes the sky
Sent to turn each grain of sand beneath you
Into endless glass

We strike the last idol of the Quraish
The face of Habal, chief of lies
Crushing all into dust
We strike true!

Allat, Manat, Al-Uzza
Mourn, mourn
This is war
Be consumed by fire

Hail the great fire
That chokes the sky
Sent to turn each grain of sand beneath you
Into endless glass

We strike the last idol of the Quraish
The face of Habal, chief of lies
Crushing all into dust
We strike true!

Behold the black stone idol
Jewel of the wilderness
Destroyed in a single day
By fire, by dhimmi and kafir
Forevermore

Before we have a 32 album finals next month Im going to pose the question once more (do we want to up it to 128?) I got atleast 6 albums I can nominate, Ken has a half a dozen, yadda yadda. If we can muster up even 32 additions it would be worthwhile.

I only push this for one reason. What tf else do we have to do, and whats going to keep this forum thriving/sustained going into the end of the year. I dont want this place to turn into a graveland again. :erk:

We've only had two legit tournaments as far as Im concerned, and both were done willy nilly with not much effort from the voter.

My only take is winners shouldnt compete in follow up tournaments and be moved to the RC Hall of Fame. (Emperor-In the Nightside Eclipse, Agalloch-The Mantle, Bathory/Iron Maiden)

I'll be jotting down albums in which people lament their exclusion. We also had a few cats who wanted to participate not be able to nominate such as @CiG

We're all about inclusion, as those who know me, well know.

I remember flipping out when Deströyer 666 beat Slayer in one of these things, haha.

I was so angry about it at the time, and then probably voted for Slough Feg over Judas Priest.
