I picked up Nocturno Culto's film The Misanthrope: The Existence of Solitude and Chaos, a documentary of sorts about Darkthrone and the scene, but I think mostly Nocturno Culto dicking around with a camera. It's also got the soundtrack which is a pretty solid ambient-BM release, though nothing stellar.

Ya it's a carboard envelope, and the book is loose and both the CD and the DVD have their own sleeve that they are in.
