But seriously, haven't been a fan of anything Bethesda's come out with since Oblivion. Was fun to start with, but had none of the magic. It's the Todd Howard effect; HURP DURP DRAGUNZ LUL.
Fair call. He does seem to have a thing for generic fantasy worlds which are devoid of any life and/or meaningful contact between the PC and NPCs.
There's a certain grind factor to the Elder Scrolls games that appeals to me though, as an avid hack'n'slash player from years ago.
Not a fan of streamlining then?
