This is a 1U 1/2 rack. They make brackets to hook the two side by side.

I think his point is that it's labelled 'phase' when the correct term is polarity, which. It's flipping the signal, not delaying it.

i dont think polarity is the "correct" term at all, depends on your background. but its a somewhat anal observation either way IMO

polarity is the correct term. The button swaps positive and negative output voltage. When it his the converter, does the waveform begin with a positive voltage or a negative.
Phase is the relationship of one signal to another. Which is both polarity and time difference.

I absolutely agree its a helpful function to have, my complaint is that the terminology is wrong, common practice or not.

My ears hurt like hell after 30 minutes wearing mine. I much prefer the extreme iso's. They sound equally bad but don't squash the ears like pancakes.

My Fireface 800 is here and up and running. Used it for a session the other day with the newly acquired Adams A7's. Seems to be working well and the difference in what I can hear is pretty huge over my old rig. Can't wait to do a full project start to finish with them
