Is that 2U? If not how will you fit 2 in one rack space?
If it is 2U, those are huge knobs and buttons.

Also "phase" button? Come on!
Also, what are the two random holes for?

Not sure if trolling but..

This is a 1U 1/2 rack. They make brackets to hook the two side by side.
Random holes, one power indicator the other 48volt.

Got my new Allen and Heath ZED-R16 installed yesterday.
EQ is incredible. Will check out the analogue summing on a mix today.
I am running it through ADAT into my RME digiface with a Behringer ADA8000 for scratch tracks and triggers giving me 26 in!

i dont think polarity is the "correct" term at all, depends on your background. but its a somewhat anal observation either way IMO

polarity is the correct term. The button swaps positive and negative output voltage. When it his the converter, does the waveform begin with a positive voltage or a negative.
Phase is the relationship of one signal to another. Which is both polarity and time difference.

I absolutely agree its a helpful function to have, my complaint is that the terminology is wrong, common practice or not.

My Fireface 800 is here and up and running. Used it for a session the other day with the newly acquired Adams A7's. Seems to be working well and the difference in what I can hear is pretty huge over my old rig. Can't wait to do a full project start to finish with them
