Just bought one of these. Is it worth me getting the D-Vices or are they better off on stands? Any ideas?

Gonna pick up a D2 once I've sold one or both my my Beta 56's.

D-vices are handy but I prefer stands. I will say the D4 doesn't work on rack toms at all for me but is really cool on floors.

Just bought one of these. Is it worth me getting the D-Vices or are they better off on stands? Any ideas?

the d-vices can work ok, but they have a tendency to droop if you have a drummer who hits decently hard. they also can pick up resonance from the whole tom assembly moving around, so like jeff said, i'd use stands if/when possible.
