Strict genre definitions aside [meaning: you can also include viking metal, USBM, NSBM, etc], can you list them with the corresponding country of origin? I'm curious to see how much of the lists are comprised of bands from Norway compared to, say, France, Ukraine, Poland, USA, etc.
