Your top 10 black metal bands

Haha, i always recall your Deicide argument that you first made in another incredible RC thread were the debate was if Immortal are black metal or... holocaust metal.

I remember that. I think it was decided that Immortal technically actually only ever released 1 BM album (the debut).

And also, when you take all the ingredients required to decide whether something is BM or not, Deicide fit the bill in terms of 1st wave blah blah. If Venom makes the cut, anyone can. :loco:

Did I ever say they were looking for "legal" employment?!??!

I turned in to Steve Wilkos for a minute earlier this morning to see him driving around New Orleans hunting down criminals. Apparently they have put up billboards all around the city of felons on the F.B.I's most wanted list. I was absolutely beside myself with disbelief when all 4 friendly faces plastered on the side of the road belonged to Madagascar-jackers.

You do realize that revisionist history also includes altering history as more facts become available?

Changing the definition of something is not really a new fact. Venom - Black Metal is as much a Black Metal album now as it was then. Of course, Venom is not solely (though it is wholly) Black Metal.

Yeah, I actually agree with you, I have always considered Mercyful Fate to be black metal. I do not, however, agree with the rhetorics behind your argument! :loco:

Not necessarily, but I didn't mean to imply necessarily...just in this case.
