*nothing* was superior to the US Army. except the nazis had *awesome* outfits.fotmbm said:Nothing is superior to the pzkpfw VIB königstiger, it would have won the war had it only been a tad earlier
come on now. i highly doubt it. ever heard of the atom bomb? the fact that the nazis went to russia is just more evidence that they were obviously *not* the superior army.Conspicuously Absent said:the US had numbers, and if germany hadn't gone into russia, things would have gone much differently.
there's truth to this...Conspicuously Absent said:The main problem with germany's tanks, they were very expensive/hard to make. Just look at how heavily armored the king tiger was. Even the tiger was a beast. But they could go head to head with any tank out there, and win. They other tanks had to flank the tigers in order to be able to even hurt them.

Yeah, not bad for a drunk.lizard said:one of the greatest speeches of all time:
We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender

"Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Gestapo and all the odious apparatus of Nazi rule, we shall not flag or fail.
We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old."
