Arch enemy - Burning Bridges

Absolutely astonishing riffs with excellent drums, brilliant vocals all perfectly produced. One of the few albums i can listen to front to back without getting bored, its just too intense, great car music for being stuck in traffic jams

Opeth - Blackwater park

They dont come much better than this. Absolutely epic guitar solos and very chunky riffs and chord progressions in most places. Excellent use of acoustic guitars to give a sort of jingley sound to the electric perfectly used in drapery falls, i love it.

I don't know if I'd say perfect, but a few albums just have this really cohesive feeling to them. That's not just solid, they have to start and end well and vary a bit, and not feel like they have any filler. Whether or not I listen to them much anymore, I hold them high because of this.

I can't put anything on here that I haven't had for a few years. I just don't know yet with newer albums. So there may be others that I have and love now that don't make it.

Smashing Pumpkins's Siamese Dream
Radiohead's OK Computer

That's probably all. Overall, Amorphis's Elegy is still probably the most perfect album I have. I'd say they all are not absolutely perfect, albeit being masterpieces. (Note that Mellon Collie, AEnima, and Morningrise are masterpieces too, but I did not consider them quite as applicable to the topic.... )

At any rate, the only perfect album that comes to mind is Metallica-MOP. I haven't got one bad thing to say about that album.

I would say MAYH, but I'm not enamoured with the intro to Karma. so I give this album 98%.

Oh, and Krueder Dorfmeister K&D sessions vol 2. is pretty much flawless as far as I'm concerned.

Because that's a completely different question than asking about perfect albums.

Many of my favorites have some sort of flaw, sometimes serious ones, but make up for it in other areas.
