The greatest _I_ have heard him play is at Tokyo Warhearts 1999. Compare Tokyo with Seoul 2001. My God, his soloing really does suck there. The KTS-solo is pretty much fucked up as well as many other solos on that concert. The soundquality on that concert is critical though, perhaps that explains it.... but what do I know.

I wouldn't say that his skills is decreasing, just that his drinking increases or something like that.
