I know all this. But the whole 'last album with CM' bit wasn't supposed to be public in any way shape or form (as far as I know...)

Hmm. I seem to remember some posts directly from WD himself that stated something to that effect about a year ago when they were going to do that mini east coast tour with Overkill (just after 9/11 happened). Let me look.

Not 100% that this is their last album with CM, but seems to lead one to think that.

I new a band signed to CM by the My Own Victom. The only thing CM ever gave them was Beer and food. They put out three or four CDs with them and i never seen them sporting any cash. They were allways on tour to over in europe and some what in the USA. I all ways though they got fuck.

I also all ways wondered why nevermore was not as big as they should be. I cannot think of a song of Nevermore's I hate. Most other bands there is at least one song I have to skip forward through. Nevermore I only do it to get to a better song and then come back to it.
