I got down to 190lbs and did six rounds of sparring on Weds and got to tell you man....I know you already know this but it's like riding a bike!!
All my combinations were sick!! Dude was a southpaw so I just gave him a steady diet of straight rights and left hooks....It felt GREAT!!!
