I remember watching an old episode of darkwing duck with talking,walking(bouncing?) hats with eyes and the big hat....heck id go as far as saying that it was huge...well the huge hat wasnt the boss the boss was some small hat that looked something like a bowler...THERE GOES YOUR THEORY!!!
