I actually really like ceydns songs. They are infinently more interesting than most stuff that comes out these days.
Ricky certainly should have gone before Bobby, but hey, I don't think Bobby had much of a chance of winning and doesn't really deserve to win above some of the others, so it doesn't really matter is a couple of them leave the show in the wrong order. All I was annoyed about was not getting to see his original, but we did anyway, so everything works out.
On the topic of the originals show, most of them were rather boring and shit. Dean and Damien's were the best, with Chris' being decent for what it was. The others were so forgetful that I couldn't even remember how they went after they finished.

Well, two of them didn't even write songs. Chris's's was average at best. He didn't even play the solo!
I was surprised at how good Dean's was, but Bobby's was the best of the lot.

Tonight's show was OK.
Ricky - for the first time I really liked his performance. This means he will go tomorrow night.
Lisa - woeful. Why do people see something in her, ie talent, that I don't?
Chris - average. That flicking-back-the-head thing was immediately annoying. He's a good performer, but he can be such a poser sometimes.
Dean - very good, best of the night I think.
Jessica - very good also, song was a bit too fast for her though.
Damien - pretty good.
Predicted bottom 3 - Ricky, Lisa, Chris

Ricky was the nights best, right up until Damien. Ricky's song was better, but Damien's voice is just so fucking smooth and faultless. I do agree that it will probably be Ricky's time to go though, because that often seems to happen.

Jessica - performance seemed odd but great at the same time. Song suited the theme, but she did struggle a little. Good overall though.
Chris - Not his worst, but not his best. I like him. I wanted to vote for him to sing Enter Sandman, but you only get a choice of like 4 songs (though one of them was Audioslave - Original Fire, which could be cool).
Dean - I agree with Mark that he took a step back this week, but he is probably still winning overall in popularity.
Lisa - Best vocal she has done since the top 12, but the song arrangement was pretty shit, didn't like it much at all. I do see talent in her, and she is pretty gorgeous, which is why I assume she gets a lot of votes, but I think she should one of the next to go.

Depends on performances, but Chris and Dean certainly seem behind the eight ball at this stage. Damien should be safe til the final, and really, I have thought Damien and Jess should be the finall two all along anyway (though thought Dean would bump one of them out). At least the top 4 is the right top 4, so can't argue at this stage.

If there is enough old people voters in the country to make Dancing With The Stars a success, then Damien can win without getting the young girl vote. He has mine, he is the best there. Awesome.
As Chris said on Rove last night, consistency was his downfall, he wasn't as often killer or crap like the others.

I thought Dean might make it this week with some of his best performances, but alas. The order of elimination has been better than ever this year IMO.
