Spent four days in Wroclaw and checked out several of their beers. Their game quality varies A LOT. A lot more than here. We had to pour some very promising-looking beers down the drain, but we also tried some of their barrel aged impstouts and they surpassed anything I've had from Czech Republic.
I focused on some local breweries, like Stu Mostów. I liked their strong witbier with orange peels added, but I had to pour out their DDH DIPA. I can't explain how it's possible but it was undrinkable. Probably infected bottle.
From what we tried, our favorite breweries were Browar Cztery Ściany and Browar Golem.
The barrel-aged imperial stouts that were really top of the Polish game were Samiec Alfa by Browar Artezan and Double Dybuk BBA by Browar Golem.
