We're only "officially" afraid of underage drinking.

Most liquor stores and bars in small towns don't ever check ID's if you've reached about 15. You can get anyone to buy it for you to. No one gives a shit.

Thier not really that hard ass on smoking. (It's probably what my friend was trying to buy...) i've seen 16 year olds not get ID'd by major establishments.

Those fuckers are trying to raise the drinking age because drunk teens keep getting into crashes. I don't think it would be such a big fucking problem if parents weren't such douche-bags.
