Formica, that Soulrest album sounds cool...Ukrainian melo-death!

Have you listened? I enjoyed it more as an old-school death metal record, which makes sense given the band's influences and the Morbid Angel conceptual overtones. I was actually surprised to see Metal Archives list them as "melodic death metal", but I guess I'm used to that term having negative connotations.

Downloaded to sample it, didn't much like it to be honest...but it started skipping halfway through the second song so I'm sure I didn't really get the full thing. I'll try again soon.
