They're still in the catagory. I do concede that they may be turning to a more ProgPower hybrid.

How could anyone forget the monster of an album as "8th Sin" by Nocturnal Rites!?!?!?! This album is a guarantee in my top 5 for the year.

Agreed!!! The 8th Sin is an awesome album. I have also enjoyed the new Kamelot, Thunderstone, and Messiah's Kiss.

Just got Powerwolf- "Lupus Dei" and I like it a lot.
"The 8th Sin" is disappointing after "Grand Illusion." Too many Hard Rock/AOR ish songs on it for my tastes.

My favorite so far is definitely Vision Divine's "The 25th Hour" even if it is pretty much solely based on Luppi.

I got this one in the mail a couple of days ago and I can't quit listening to it. Great album!!
