I don't know these 3 bands announced, but will be checking out, is this possible of selling out? I wish I knew tickets were going on sale tomorrow I would have prepared the possibility of going...

it wont sell out. Pearl Room is huge. None of the bands playing can sell out that place.

You want to fly into Midway not O'Hare as Midway is a lot closer.

There is a Midway airport shuttle service or you can take a cab or you can make that arrangement ahead of time with a limo service..etc.

It depends. If you are staying at a hotel near the fest, call them to find out if they have a shuttle. They should also be able to tell you how much the ride will cost you if you take a cab.

Super 8 in Mokena. I booked 3 nights for like $85 per night. That's where the parties will be. I suggest you book there, it's a 3 minute walk to the venue.
