I'm with Baroque here. While nothing compares to the 80's, 92 was still good in my book. 94-95 is when everything really went to shit.
The only one out of that list that I own is A Vision of Misery and it's a pretty average affair. Maybe the rest are all amazing. I'd moved on to death metal by 92.
Just realized there are exactly 20 albums in that list. Time to rank them.
I agree with this, as a wholeDeath metal > thrash metal.
The Antidote album is OK, but I dunno, I start to zone out by the time its over, and to me it doesn't do anything that Stone didn't do a little earlier and a lot better.
And First Depression is awesome, no one played thrash like they did on their first two albums.
Thrash metal > death metal.
Thrash has superior riffs
