As it is I like it quite a bit more than The Dark. It could probably stand to have a few minutes shaved off though. Great album, anyway.

I guess there's a dip in quality in the last few songs, but the two long ones are phenomenal. Especially Badlands, perfect anthem. The Dark I'll admit has some issues, the songs run a little closer together and that gated snare is awful, but the A-side is still excellent and Buried at Sea is a nice change from the other more standard speed metal songs. To me their first three are more about the highlights anyways; no perfect album, but they have several songs that could easily go up against the best of the big-names.

Listening to Blessing in Disguise now. This is definitely the best MC album I've heard and I've listened to 5 of their albums.
