what tracks would you call filler on IV? every song holds it's own on that album, IMO.

"The Battle of Evermore", "Four Sticks" & "Going to California". I'm also not too fond of "Misty Mountain Hop".

LOL TBH I haven't listened to that album in years & years. I was probably 17-18 last time I listened to the album in it's entirety. I learned every song on it on guitar, even the ones I didn't like because I had the tab book to it & I couldn't afford to buy new tab books all the time when I was a kid so I worked with what I had.

I'm not bashing the album. It's my 3rd favorite Zeppelin album behind "HotH" & "I" but I just think it has more filler than those albums. To this day I've never heard "Presence" however.

My favourite Zep album is III. Immigrant Song is really the only true "metal" song on there, but the acoustic stuff is awesome too.

Hopefully that's a controversial opinion in itself

It's always pissed me off that that song is only 2 minutes long. The rest of the album is such a giant fucking letdown compared to that song.

Kreator > Sodom > Destruction > Most other thrash
