Brave New World is Maiden's greatest album. Ever.

2: Among the Living is the greatest Anthrax album.
3: Meshuggah are absolutely boring as fuck and have never done anything half-decent.
4: Ensiferum are excessively underrated.
5: Panzerfaust is superior to TH, ABITNS and UAFM.
6: Hvis Lyset Tar Oss is my least favourite Burzum recording.
7: Motörizer is Motörhead's best album.
8: Into Eternity are an excellent band.
9: Metalcore and Deathcore are excellent genres with plenty of solid artists.

lol @ the idea of panzerfaust being superior to th or uafm. it's a haphazard bunch of fucking cleaning house b-sides which either riff on celtic frost or the previous material. it's really cool and everything but i consider that opinion lazy and unjustifiable.

among the living is prob my fave anthrax album as well (debut is actually really boring aside from deathrider and possibly one or two others) but i wouldn't put 'greatest' anywhere near a sentence about anthrax.

i can't comprehend liking stuff like fucking det som engang var or the two ambient albums more than HLTO, that's absolutely bizarre. i can understand not being able to get into the 3rd track i guess, and eh maybe you don't like ambient, but the first 2 tracks are just unbelievable.. i thought this was an opinion universally held but apparently not.

Not that controversial, although certainly a faggy opinion to have. With that album Anthrax became pioneers of whiffle and groove thrash simultaneously.

I've always wondered why alot of people thinks Det Some Engang Var is subpar to the other Burzum metal albums. I think it is easily better than the debut and just below Filosofem and HLTO.
