Eh, I wanted to bash Bloodbath and that made it easier, plus I believe he enjoys that band. Anyways, Bloodbath is awful watered down death metal. Most old school swedish death metal is based off of d-beat punk just more downtuned and growled. The Finnish scene was far superior.

Dismember is still great though.

Funeral Doom seems more emotional to me then any other form of Doom.
Newer era Enslaved > Older era Enslaved, although both are good.
Hopefully not controversial, but Enslaved's new album is fucking addictive, and better then my favourite, Below the Lights.
