Dan Swano to mix the new CD

My wife only likes animal porn, and those non vocal mixes are for fags, haha.

That's not what she told me.

The non-vocal mixes are really good for heavy metal karaoke and also for auditioning vocalists.

Happy daze...

That tuner mocked me. So I punished it.
"You've got this lovely natural chorus going on there."
"Really?"
"No. It's out of tune."

Odd factoid: The Peterson Tuner company (where I ordered the replacement part) is located in Alsip, IL, likely feet from the recording studio in which it took the "flight" that necessitated repair.

Some call it too much beer; I call it kismet.

Just thinking of us trying to tune those fucking guitars during the recording of "...Fade" is making me twitch uncontrollably all over. Let's never speak of it again LOL Thank the lord for Baritone guitars now.

And you knocking over that tuner was quite a tense moment, but it proved hilarious afterwards (once we knew that the tuner mostly survived!) I think the story written about the whole incident in the studio diary section on our site is priceless...too bad it's mostly fabricated haha

GO CANADA?! Blasphemy! LOL. My Yankees are losing at the moment, 16-0 to Cleveland. Talk about weak. We might as well enjoy the WC hockey, Dan, considering these weasels can't come to terms on a CBA.

Make that 22-0 Tom. ouch.

Yeah, man. Talk about embarrassing. I had to laugh at the whole thing after a while. It's only one game, but it puts a lot in perspective about where they're going as far as the post season. Their pitching is atrocious compared to recent seasons.

the Zante's GYRO PLATE was definitely NOT fabricated. that's quite possibly the most gyro i've seen next putting a pita around the actual huge rotating hunk of meat they carve the gyro sammich's innards from.

What does Dan Swano sound like? I know that he worked with alot of other musicians but I've never heard anything that he composed

Dan is one of the most versitle people in music today, with styles and taste crossing many genres. He is known for his involvement as a musician, songwirter, engineer and producer for Nightingale, Edge of Sanity, Moontower, Bloodbath, Unicorn, and has produced CD's of bands such as Opeth, Katatonia, Dark Funeral, Dissection, & Marduk, also guest performing on many CD's, like drumming on Katatonia's "Tonight's Decision." This only scrapes the surface.

if you really have never heard his work, you need to. He's amazing.
