Daredevil Getting Re-Booted

hmm it's just like the new spidey. Rebooting a movie not even 10 years old is lame,
though this one is based on the current running comic series of DD (dunno about spidey)...
I don't know, might be cool. I'll wait with my judgement until i see the movie, same for spider-man.
On another note, I just saw The Green Lantern... damn good movie!

i actually loved the ben afleck daredevil movie
the movie ended with several different moments that made it look like a sequel was coming, i saw that movie and totally expected it to be huge at the box office, and i walked out of the theater fully expecting a sequel

i was reading the Daredevil comic only up untill the story arc where the feds have Matt Murdock in custody being charged with being Daredevil, i read the story arc of some other guy running around in a Daredevil suit, purpousfully trying to get filmed stopping crime in the suit, which eventually resulted in the feds having to release Matt because they couldn't get a jury to believe that Matt was Daredevil, after the feds let Matt out, i stopped reading the Daredevil comic cuz it was getting too weird for me, so i don't know what's been going on in the current Daredevil comic, except that it's Matt Murdock back in the Daredevil suit

if they make it follow the "current story line" they're running the risk of a huge amount of people being confused all to hell
the 2003 movie didn't follow anything that was going on in the 2002-03 daredevil comics, it was just a simple, basic, origin and revenge story, where the main evil guy has actually done stuff to piss off the hero character, like all the Punisher movies, as opposed to the super-powered-hero-has-to-do-stuff-regular-cops-can't type story that every spiderman movie has been/will be

a re-boot wasn't nessassarry, the first movie was done in a way where a sequel was expected, and also done in a way where a sequel would have been really easy to do, and Daredevil will just get re-booted again when the character rights eventually revert back to Marvel/Disney where Daredevil will exist in the same movie universe as the Avengers movie

everyone else that i could find posting their GL opinions online are all in agreement that the GL movie totally sucked
but i personnally can't say it sucked cuz i haven't seen it yet
