I seen Preparing for War for sale used on Amazon for 6 $. And if the Hot Topic in Nashville has Panzerfaust I'm grabbing it, I'm about to sample it.

That's not the one with the dvd. There is a 3 disc Deluxe Edition import that is rarely below $30. That is the one to get. 2 cds and the dvd.

Never really heard Darkthrone, but this thread has raised my curiosity about them. Though not my favorite genre, I like some BM, but haven't really explored many of the releases.

Unholy 3 . It focus more on the riffs. Its darkthrone's celtic frost worship record. Very good though.

Early Graveland is incredibly raw, abrasive Black Metal. Later Graveland is very generic, computerized, repetitive, badly produced, folk influenced Black/Heavy Metal (insofar as it's heavily influenced by mid-period Bathory, which was heavily influenced by Manowar). The two styles are worlds apart. Graveland has stopped evolving in 2000.

I was able to watch a couple minutes of the 2nd video, what song is it? It sounds like a Satyricon song off Dark Medieval Times, can't remember which one, but that riff is all too similar.
