Its not even that, there is almost every subgenre of DM in this thread, melo, prog, brutal, slam, regular, swedish, why look through all that?

I'm not looking for 100000 bands, just bands that never got popular yet deserved it, if you you know what I mean.

A tip.. use www.metal-archives.com search a band you like, look at member-list (complete lineup) and look up the bands assosiated.

Check out Seance's "Saltrubbed Eyes" album. From 1993, totally overlooked but still kicking major ass. Features current The Haunted guitarist Patrick Jensen. Nice beefy production too.
