Do you guys consider John Turturro to be a good actor?

I was just thinking about this the other day. I rarely see him mentioned when favorite actors are being talked about, so i was wondering, do you people consider him to be a good actor, and if not, why?

I like him a lot. The work he does with the Cohen Bros is great IMO.
