The long-awaited second round of the Dark Tranquillity song survivor! You know what to do, 16 pairs, choose the song you want to continue into the next round. As Villain pointed out in the last round, there weren't enough songs to get an even number of pairs. I added a song from the demo, to balance things out, and pitted it against a song that would continue into the next round anyway. There are 7 days to vote. You can change your votes with a message that clearly states it. There can only be one!

- Of Chaos and Eternal Night (because this is one of my fav old school dt songs, and it KILLS live)
- The Emptiness from which I Fed (the range of moods, and the soft vocals is great, very tough one tho no doubt)
- Feast of Burden (love the guitar work, great song off Haven)
- The Sun Fired Blanks (that solo at the end hits me...)
- Lethe (a frekkin classic....love this song)
- A Bolt of Blazing Gold (another old school classic, tough one)
- Crimson Winds (HA! I laugh at this pairing :lol: CW RULES ALL!)
- Constant (Contant kills gallery, love this song)
- Haven (i think one of my fav dt songs may die...but I LOVE this song)
- Auctioned (Auctioned easy, the passion in this song is uncomparable)

I'm not too sure if I want to make this into a poll. As far as I understand, the cheating that is happening on the Opeth board is just as possible here, and since matches are usually quite tight, the results couldn't be trusted. The other alternative would be to only count votes that have a post along with them, but we could as well use this system in that case.

Towards a Bitter Halt (both are emotional, but Bitter touches me more, and the lyrics mean something :p)

Edenspring (I love the "amiga" melody in the beginning)
ThereIn (Wonders is nice, but this was the first DT song I heard)
Of Chaos and Eternal Night (so pound the drum, and strike the chords of chaos...)
The Emptiness from which I Fed (I tend to favour the faster stuff)
Zodijackyl Light (both have nice riffing, but Zodijackyl is a classic I couldn't vote off)
The Sun Fired Blanks (Sun is just about the catchiest DT song I can think of)
Lethe (A bit overplayed, but still an excellent song)

Crimson Winds (Underrated classic)
The Gallery (I never got what was so great about Constant...)
On Your Time (both great songs, but the clean vox made me choose On)
