The pseudo- devil looks like how anyone would draw a devil ( the big horns, evil smile etc ) And its the fact that these entitys within the picture are supposed add up to the result of a serious looking piece..sure the guy can draw, but it lacks imagination. He is obviously a fantastic technical drawer but what he has done overall just looks an overglorifyed drawing in the back of a depressed teenagers note book, And in anycase, there are much better artists to look at if you want technical drawings/paintings.

I think Geiger's work has a certain feel to it, and although I like him, I appreciate that in a lot of ways his work is sort of unimaginative. There's a certain... dark, for lack of a better word, feeling that his work portrays that I think other artists may find hard to convey as well as he does.

I have yet to find an artist that does what Giger does but better. And if you disagree then how about some links or names?

Yes i do think its cheesy. It is a girl holding a guitar with machines for skin. Its like copying different things from reality and just re-arranging these copys in a way that isnt exactly like nature. To me this is unimaginative. But definatley skilled.

id have to agree that Giger is quite overrated among his fans. in my opinion, hes one step up from something Metal Wrath would have as a signature.
