the ones that stand out to me the most at the moment are Vehemence and Hypocrisy, although i do like nearly all the bands listed above

Neuraxis, Lykathe, Amon Amarth and Psypheria. Other bands like Vehemence, In-Quest, Anata, Arghoslent are good as well.

As far as melodeath is concerned, Skyfire, Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, Infliction...the usual.

I like quite a few of the bands posted above, but IMO not one comes even remotely close to Dark Tranquility, those guys are the best

If we talk blippblopped melodeath then Eternal oath, Dark tranquillity and some of In flames albums does the trick.
