I was wondering what thickness pick's you use. Just curious to see what others feel most comfortable with.

I use Dunlop U.S.A. 1.14mm (Blue color)

Theyre very fucking good to play with the lowest strings. I dont play solos so much.

I use Jim Dunlop USA 0.60mm (Grey color).

I don´t feel comfortable with picks heaviers. This one is perfect for me, especially when I have to use a very fast alternate picking in the 6º or 5º string.

I use Jim Dunlop jazz III (black) and dunlop 2.0mm (black) and some other's when i don't play metal.

I use dunlop 1.00 blue and the 1.14 pink ones. The 1.0 is slightly bigger so I have that as my main pick of choice.

mm i used to play with an .88 mm , but for nice death riffs, i changed to fender heavy 1mm blue...

I always used green Dunlop 0.88mm but lately I'm used to the red ones..... They keep the sound cool......................

is it true the heavier you go on a Dunlop pick, the harder it is on the strings and the more likely you are to break the string?? For example i've been using Dunlop mediums that are purple on my BC Rich warlock.

When I heard that Alexi uses Jim Dunlop Jazz III picks, I checked them out and noticed they are very good, so nowadays I use red Jazz III.

I use a very very flexible dunlop 46 mm.

I mainly use 3.0mm Jim Dunlop Big Stubby pics. I think those are great for solos and also for nice riffs

good lord you guys use thick picks! Are you all bassists? haha jk, I like the .71mm dunlops. the kind with the grip powder on them, they're good for concerts.

jazz IIIs are about 1.4 i think, something along those lines, i use em too, the red ones, i believe there are black and red ones, but i love mine, theyre smaller and pointier!! when im not playing metal i whip out my orange dunlop tortex .6!!!

I use the purple D'addario 1.09mm picks.
Can't get used to any other picks now, these ones are great !

I use Dean Markley 10's and Ernie Ball 11's. Mostly 10's because they fit into my Ibanez best because of the floyd rose. I'm not really interested buying a new spring. I love the sound that those strings give me with my Dunlop 3mm pics.
