There is, but it contains every user ever, not just the active users so it might be tough to navigate.

perhaps we need a list of the actual uber active people who post on this board only

How long will you wait to receive everyone's nominations? Seems like it should be at least 24 hrs to cover when different people might be here. Maybe even more would be better.

If we do it like that, it's going to take like two weeks for the poll to even come out.

Imo, CC, just make up a list of shit you want people nominated for, it will save your PM box and alot of time.

Yeah, put a time limit on when submissions need to be in. Of course, if you don't have enough, deadlines should be extended, etc.

I was thinking about a day so that everyone can weigh in.

I was tempted to do that Rich but that would only create arguments like "Why is X not there" or "why am I not nominated". This way is admittedly unwieldy, but it does allow some say from everyone.

EDIT: I have a ton of PM space because no one PMs me usually
