If anything Anthrax getting lumped into the "Big 4" was one of the best/worst things that ever happened to them. On one hand it gave them a ton of exposure, but on the other hand it led them to being compared with bands that are infinitely better than them. Testament should have been the fourth band in the big 4.

Agree with everything here, including the Testament part. The Big Four should have been only west coast thrash(where the subgenre was born) anyway. Anthrax definitely didn't belong

I like Overkill but I feel like thatd be even harder than Anthrax.

Anthrax would be... interesting. The only album of theirs I ever jam is Fistful of Metal and thats not super often.
