learning some paganini and mozart... it's funny because some of this stuff may be somewhat lower tempo but it's definitely a lot more complicated to try to play =S
I like his white one too, his pretty much the reason why I got a Caparison , and yeah, that's why I got a Crimson TAT.Caparison's look so fucking nice, except they all either have a weird ass finish that pisses me off or else they make an awesome guitar like this and weird it out by making it 27 frets!
GRRR, hopefully someday I'll get real awesome at guitar and get an endorsement deal and make a sick signature model with them ......yea right
I would buy Chris Amott's guitar if I had the money, I dont even care that it has the arch enemy symbol on it. It looks fucking sick!

Maybe you need to try one, they have a really awesome and unique neck profile, the best headstock design ever, and the stock pickups kick ass as well. The Absence - Riders of the Plague was all done with the stock pickups.Am i the only one in the world who neither want, nor like caparison?

True about the pickups, but I guess my point is that Caparison's with their own pickups have a unique sound. And I personally love the headstock. But I'm sensing you love your boring ole Ibanez'sMaybe. And unique neck profile =/= Good neck profile for me, thats purely based on taste, as some people like the old chunky necks of the 50's, and some cream their pants over wizard necks.
And by best headstock design, i hope you're talking about some feature it incorporates that cannot be shown through pictures, and not the shape and look of it, as imho its ugly as fuck. Stock pickups don't interest me, as its a purely interchangeable part, and also up to taste.
@Alexi vid
Was it just me or was the solo veeery sloppy and not so powerful sounding?
Also lol@first bend in solo
Don't get me wrong I <3 Alexi

I guess it all depends if you been into Arch Enemy before you hear the solo, cause if you have you can automatically tell it's Chris with his crazy vibrato and alternate picking.I had no idea Chris Amott did this solo . No wonder I've always loved it lol.

Do you mean your Melodic Death Album? If so, can't wait, I love your shit that I've heard. Are you using your new ENGL for it?Cant fucking wait, my other guitarist is going to arrive in a little bit and we are going to finish guitars for the fucking album this weekend!
Probably will do some demo version vocals too so we actually have something to show for now lol
It seems like Alexi doesn't have much magic in his playing anymore. Blooddrunk did nothing for me. And yeah, when I saw CoB for the first time in Australia, I couldn't help but feel slightly dissapointed with it. Alexi was puking his guts up every couple of songs. And the sound wasn't very good at all compared to other bands I've seen.Indeed, that was extremely sloppy and awful. But for some reason, I <3 him too...
Going to see Bodom again on September 23rd, and I'm pretty sure that it will be one of their worst gigs ever.
Funny that my 2 favourite In Flames solos (This and December Flower) werent played by Jesper or Bjorn. Not to say they don't have great solos.
