These were taken Thursday from my apartment:
This was today downtown as I waited for a bus... ANY bus... really, any bus any time PLEASE!!!! BUS!!!!!!!
This one was going the wrong direction
Finally one showed up. But it wasn't the right one. I knew it, but I still got on. It went through Lake City, which was close enough to home for me at that point. When it finally got there, I hopped off and hoofed it two miles home. Took these on the walk:
I have more that I just took from my front porch that show how much more snow there is than Thursday. I'll have em ready here in a few.
With that, this is the craziest storm I ever recall seeing here, especially downtown. There's been snow on the ground for 11 days straight and it's not going anywhere for a long time. It finally stopped snowing about 30 minutes ago after something like 32 hours. Unbelievable. I love it and I doubt I will ever forget this storm, especially with all the effort and determination it took to get downtown in the middle of the worst of it to do a radio show.
Plus I might get to work from home again tomorrow
