So...in conclusion,Doom bands,Grind Bands,Dying Fetus,Mortician(at their slowest),ISIS,Melvins,Fantomas,Crowbar and C.O.C. on their blind cd are the heaveist shit in the world.

I normally think of things being heavy in 4 different ways. Slow, downtuned, sludgey bands like Isis/Neurosis. Fast, angry, blastbeaty bands like Nasum/Napalm Death. 'Brutal' heavy bands like Inhume/Wormed and finally bands that just give off a heavy kinda atmosphere such as Black Sabbath.
