Just Hackintosh it. Mac OS X can be 32 or 64 bit, and support any amount of RAM, dynamically and on the fly.

I've been running Vista since launch and just now reinstalled it because I've installed so much shit it's unbelievable over the past year. i have 4 harddrives and i ran out of space. i cleaned everything up one night and back up chillin'. the only thing that didn't work out is I didn't backup my iTunes library so iTunes doesn't know what the fuck to do at all. My 160gig drive is just for mp3's and it's completely full so there's no way in hell i feel like fucking with loading that shit up again. It takes 30min-1hr just to load all that in itunes. shit's weak.
and seriously, using a mac is a fucking painful experience.
it's like fisher price's my ferst compurta or something of the sort. i just can't stand it. I agree they look pretty, but they're just not effective for my workflow - i do like 80 things at once all the time. it's retarded i know.

I get plenty of shit done, like yesterday, between selling shit on them ebayses, trolling my 4 main forums, playing san andreas, burning some discs, and jerking it to asian pron, i did some photoshopping and put a pal's head on dave attell's body...
In addition, I'm also founder and member of the international DEW KREW. We teach kids all over the world about caffeine safety and awareness.
I use my VISTA ENHANCED PC to manage the whole business. It's very time consuming making promotional artwork for the group, but the payoff when one less kid od's on x-treme is worth it.
Then I also correspond with various internet sluts on the interginawebs.
usually i get most of this done in like an hour and then i go back to sleep if i'm not on drugs.

I feel quite cosy where I am, but XP has been showing its age for a while now. I feel a tad dwarfed by my friends who use OS X (until we load up games and my PC smokes them sideways) because of its intuitiveness and new-age features.
My impression for... years, I think it's been? Is that Vista is overloaded bloatware that doesn't get the fundamentals right.

XP may show its age, but by that comparison Vista is an 11-year-old that wears a birthday-cake's-worth of makeup to try to pass for 20 and doesn't know which hole guys go in.

Windows XP can recognize up to 4gb.. but by default only 2gb will every be allocated to a single application.
You can change your Bootini file to allow the system to allocate 3gb to any application.. but to my knowledge that's the best you can do.

Just bought a laptop for the wife & it came with Vista. After taking all the useless crap out of it & trashing Norton for AVG free, it's not half bad.
