M....P....3s.....DO....NOT....COUNT....AS....ALBUMS OWNED. my 3 year old niece could own 10,000 albums if she wanted to that way. no ownership = no posession. youre merely borrowing illegally.

mp3's are LAME.
I mean I have tons of those in my office , but they were ripped from actual CD's.
Owning an MP3 without owning the CD is LAME imo, but i don't care, do whatever you want!

To NFU, a few years is like a few hours, and a few hours like a few years. It's all the same to him. He'll get it done in due time. Which better be by tomorrow night imo.
hmm i have bought a lot of mp3 cds in istanbul in the past and a good portion of the house/trance stuff that i have is in mp3 format as a result. there is a good bit of metal/rock on mp3 cds as well, but sone of these are for convenience as i have at a good many of the albums also on actual cd or on vinyl or tape. i tend to get get mp3s of the albums i have on vinyl so i can listen to the music when i am travelling and not just at home from the record player.
i assume i have about 700+ classical cds (some of them are burnt from cds i got from university libraries) and 300 or so classical records and probably 200 classical tapes (some of these include tapes recorded from the radio of special performances or stuff i couldn't find at the time - like 7 years ago). in other genres i should have about 300 cds, 50 vinyl and 150 tapes.
