Yeah true, still GR sounds really evil... I really dig those growls he has developed over the years, also his clean voice! Can't wait for the new record.

I hope they will make a DVD record that contains 20 songs, 12 minutes each
4 of them will be growls free and the rest will be amaizingly rough and eval..
But really I think that there will be 2 clean vocals song, and I trully hope that the rest will be way havier then GR

Im not talking evil, an acoustic track without growls can also sound evil, but thats not what i meant. I think GR has too many calm songs (or more precise, too much calm music counted in time), evil or not.

i wouldnt MIND a full-heavy opeth album with only clean vox, but i would PREFER that opeth did have death vox. mikael is my favorite growler...he is outside that huge group of grunters who know only...well, grunting. shit, theres feeling in his growls

I think all their songs with only growls are on Orchid and I don't seem to recall any clean vocals in the song Blackwater Park (haven't listened to that song in a long time). I've thought about this for all of a couple of minutes, so I've most likely missed a couple from the other albums.
