I bought a new car (the "I wanna be like Gugs" thread)...

Really like the design of the Kia Forte. I may look in to this vehicle, as my jalopy is at 190k, and I need to get some rough idea of what will be wheeling me in to the next Mayan Calendar.

yeah Hyundai/Kia are kicking ass all over right now. really slick styling inside and out.

Toyota Yaris, Kia Forte, Hyundai Sonata, Honda Civic, are all in my sphere of possibility. Going to drive my jalopy until it explodes though, so may be a few years. Btw, how many of you fucks buy new tires? Am I the only person who drops 15 at Azteca Tires and carries on with their biz? I got a co-worker who is actually saving up for a set of rubbers. 5 bills for tires, completely illogical to me.

eh you dont want a yaris, its just a really small car with no power and absolutely zero outstanding features. i would definitely check out the sonata, that would certainly be my choice from your prospective list. my brother just bought the turbo. drives like a dream and is pretty fucking slick inside and out. great mpg for a larger sedan too.

single dude like you should get a Hyundai Veloster at least ... what's with this list of beige middle aged family guy cars?

Ford's current small cars are superior to all others

Honda Civic is just an also-ran nowadays

i hear you ... the 2013 Fusion is a serious contender for my next ride ...

look at this thing ...

Do you guys drive your vehicles past 70k miles? From my personal observation, the odometer of a Ford does not go past it. You guys have been watching Eminem's "We Are Detroit" vid too much.

You're thinking of the Fords of yesteryear. For mass producers, each vehicle is a class leader, except for their hybrids, which is dominated by the Prius. Hell, they even have a 200-mph Mustang coming soon

i used to have an 86 Ford LTD ... went up to 140K before I sold it. it even just needed a tuneup then.
