the fact that mercyful fate was #1 and 2 proves the list is shit. i like MF, but it is clearly lopsided on a few opinions. it was probably composed by 5 or 6 idiots who have exactly the same average taste in music. it is also why you keep seeing the same sorts of bands ranked in similar places. just because it covers a few classics, doesnt make it any better.
