Download that. Then put it to same folder where is your windows backgrounds (Usually C\windows)

You have to use Internet Explorer, and version 5.0 - 6.0!

Open IE and choose "Tools" and "Toolbar wallpaper" and search "hateme", press OK and restart IE.

If ya have IE 5.0, you have download this file:

did you have that "toolbar wallpaper" thing in your "tools" section? Are you sure that you put image to _same_ folder? an did you extract that file? it was zipped. Or actually "Aced"

I have IE 6.0, I open 'tools', but there is no 'toolbar wallpaper'.
