Meh it's purely subjective. A lot of people like their old stuff because it's more straightforward and death metal but I love the epic progressive scope of their last few albums like Blackwater Park, Ghost Reveries and Damnation (didn't like Deliverance). Their old stuff is amazing too, of course.
