It's not hard to learn spanish if you speak portuguese. I know you said "it's very easy" which in spanish would be "es muy fácil."

The only time I heard people speaking Portuguese was in Macau and it sounded like weird Spanish. But if you grow up speaking Spanish and see Portuguese it looks weird because a lot of words are the same except for one or two sounds.
