mmm....The Gallery! yeah...i think it's easy to say Dark Tranquillity owns both Soilwork and In Flames....

oh yeah, and In Flames...go to their webpage and watch the video for the new single. *cough* Korn *cough*.....but then again, some nu-metal isn't bad.....as long as it sounds good who cares if they play one chord to oblivion right? I like soilwork and In Flames, but DT definitely owns them.

mikael did a song with soilwork so i guess thats the connection between opeth and soilwork and in flames

and what an awesome song it is!

It's hard to say...I'd have to say, Soilwork definately releases the more musicially demanding works. But..the In Flames stuff...is damn good too. Whoracle is the shit!

I voted In Flames, just because I listen to them more often than I do soilwork.

Yup, its teh title track on "Predator's Portrait". Actually, I think that's the song Mikael sings on. My copy is fucked up and I haven't been able to listen to it in about 6 months. He just sings with his clean voice though...no Opeth style growls.

Nothing In Flames did approached the mastery of The Chainheart Machine or A Predator's Portrait.

youre entitled to your opinion, but A Predator's Portait, to me, is weak compared to pre-Colony era In Flames. WEAK.

haha, its so true. To their credit, its better than Cloud Connected. What type of shit is that? They dressed like fucking clowns in white for that video, it was painful to watch and listen to, knowing the quality they used to release.

So does ANYONE like the new In Flames?

I don't mind the newest album(soundtrack to your escape) but I didn't like r2r at at all. I'm not too big on clayman either. The newest album is catchy, so it's hard to hate. But it's definitely not the greatest.

Why does everyone praise The Chainheart Machine and A Predators Portrait, but never mention anything about Steel Bath Suicide?? I love that cd.
