It's such a breath of fresh air to listen to metal that dosen't center around something like, "Rrrah...I'm misanthropic...Rraaah!" and instead, listen to something musically pleasing, thought-provoking, and avoiding lyrical cliches.

Yup, Nevermore does that pretty well too.
I don't know a lot of bands that fit in that category
