Churches are so metal, toobad religion isnt
how can you say religion isn't metal? any song that refers to satan in any way shape or form is directly referring to religion.

For some people, the text is part of the music. I'm not necessarily one of them (for me, great lyrics make a good song better, but bad lyrics don't necessarily detract that much).

I'm very much a lyrical person at times. With death and black metal it doesn't matter, but with something like Manowar, the lyrics are exactly what turn me off of them.
There are plenty of bands with humorous lyrics that aren't... well... all-around terrible bands.

Vocals can turn me off of a song, lyrical content usually doesn't unless the two combined are horrible
If I don't like lyrics, then I'll just make notice of the fact taht I can't stand those lyrics. I won't not listen to a song because of the lyrics.

dark moor is on my myspace friends list - they actually found and added me which was weird, same as zero hour and leaves eyes.. anyhoo, so yeah i saw the cover art for the new album a little while ago.. i must say, that is probably the hottest cover art ive ever seen! i hope the album is good too..
Dark Moor, is pretty sweet! I never tried added any of those bands to myspace, for that very reason SR! They don't seem to be very active most of the time.
Dark Moor is friggin' amazing. I wish I actually had some songs though, because I don't like calling myself a fan of a band after hearing only like 4 of their songs. If I had more, I'd call myself one, but I don't, so I don't. But if I did, then I would.
